The World According To Student Bloopers
JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP Q & A
A. We are a lineage society of people who can trace back to an ancestor who came to North America before 1700; we are committed to the preservation of our colonial, 17th century, roots in North America. We work on a number of historical projects, support various scholarships, and enjoy the friendship of fellow Pilgrims.
Q. OK. WHAT'S UP WITH THIS JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP??
A. Our Members who are under 18 are called Junior Members; the only difference is that Juniors are not able to vote and pay no annual dues. Otherwise, we Juniors participate in all activities, learn alot about colonial America, and make lifelong friends. Really, nearly all of our Juniors stay on past age 18 and enjoy it tremendously.
Q. WHAT DO I GET OUT OF BEING A JUNIOR MEMBER?
A. You get to be a part of a really interesting group of people while learning about your own heritage. No kidding, the values possessed by your Pilgrim-ancestors of honor, loyalty, bravery, and faith are what we're all about.
Q. NICE! SO HOW DO I JOIN THE PILGRIM SOCIETY?
A. It's really simply. First, e-mail the Junior Membership Chairman, Joel R. Wuthnow, for more info. Once we set you up with the applications, your parents/relatives can help you fill them out!
Hope to hear from you soon. Any more questions? E-mail me
Respectfully,
Joel R. Wuthnow
